Date range
Posts published between January 1 and March 31, 2026. Minimum 12 posts per account in the window to qualify. Posts under 24 hours old excluded.
Formula
ER = (likes + comments + saves + shares) รท reach ร— 100%. Where reach is unavailable, impressions are used as fallback.
What counts as niche
Accounts are niche-tagged by their primary content topic based on the most frequent 50 post captions. Mixed-topic accounts bucketed as 'Lifestyle (general)'.
